Stacey is a compassionate individual, who knows and understands your weight-maintenance woes, because she has lived them herself!
Starting when she was just a "chubby child", straight thru to adulthood, over and over again she tried to lose the weight. In fact, she got quite good at losing the weight, but never at keeping it off permanently. She tried just about every weight loss method out there over a 20 year period, and each time, after the diet was over, the weight would come back, often with a vengenance! Six to twelve months after each diet, Stacey would end up weighing more than she had before the diet started! And her story is typical, as 95% of dieters fail to maintain their new weight over time.
Stacey has now successfully joined the elite 5% of people who do manage to maintain their weight reduction, and now travels the world sharing what she has learned. Her goal is to reverse the ratios and have 95% of people who have shed (or need to shed) weight easily and effectively stay at their ideal weight, for ever and ever!
